Two postdoctoral fellowships are available within the ERC-StG project “The Dark Side of the Belle Époque. Political Violence and Armed Associations in Europe before the First World War”
The first fellowship (32 months) is dedicated to the study of armed associations in the Kaiserreich between 1880s and 1914; by the conclusion of the fellowship the researcher should write a research monograph on the topic. The second fellowship (12 months) is devoted to the study and collection of document on armed associations acting in the Kingdom of Hungary (1880s-1914).

In both cases, PhD is required as well as specific language skills.
